I began my mortgage career in 1988 and have specialized in SFR, 2-4s, Construction, Units and "hard to fund" transactions in the real estate arena. I began in the mortgage Industry working for Pacific 1st Bank, a subsidiary of Royal Trust Co. As a top producing Loan Officer I moved with management to National Pacific mortgage where I developed and cultivated relationships with Realtors and new home builders as the in-house lending option. I hired and staffed LO's to cover the new home sales offices while also managing my personal production. After a short stop with a smaller mortgage bankers office I was recruited by Professional Financial Mortgage as the V P of their lending operation. Over a 16 year period we opened 6 profitable branches as both a broker and a direct lender. I have worked with and developed realtor relationships for my personal business while training and assisting LO's to build and cultivate career relationships with a service oriented model.

My Goals. 

  • Constant development of new loan products, allowing our Loan Originators to have the most cutting edge products available in the market place.
  • Growing Loan Originators business through customer referral base using our expansive library of marketing collateral.
  • Keeping our team current on changes on the lending industry to ultimately have one of the most knowledgeable team of Loan Originators in the industry.

It's not often you find a mortgage company that's constantly evolving their products, services, and processes to better server their team and I feel a great sense of pride to be a part of such a team. 

In todays mortgage environment service and product are the key to expanding and retaining quality production partners. Retention is the name of the game in the industry today. I have made a few moves over the last 2 years looking to find a company that has the same goals and values where people can build a career and receive the support, education and product mix that facilitates personal and business growth. Company culture, vision are buzz words used today in this industry however finding where this is understood is the key.

My name is Jeff Hemm and I am the Chief Operating Officer. 

I perform analytical research and reporting for the Secondary Marketing initiatives, including product and pricing analysis and development of risk management strategies, utilizing complex financial and statistical methods; I provide analysis and reporting of trends and developments in the secondary market environment that enable competitive programs or new products for Company; I conduct reporting and analysis of application pipeline and inventory of closed loans; I coordinate with Operations to ensure loan packages adhere to Prime Source Mortgage Inc. standards as well as governmental regulations; I translate mortgage product and pricing requirements into rules for product and pricing engine; and I coordinate the roll out of new loan programs with other departments.

Vice President of Operations

Hello, my name is Theresa Carroll and I am your Vice President of Operations. My team is here to help you with training, understanding the internal processes and all your underwriting, closing and funding questions.

For the past 20 years I have worked my way up through the mortgage industry starting as a loan closer and after many various upper management positions, I found my home with Prime Source Mortgage as the Vice President of Operations. It’s my job to ensure accuracy of loan documentation required by investors and train our Underwriters.


My Goals. 

·      Maintain a 24 hour turn times in Closing and Funding departments

·      Provide comprehensive training on newly adopted loan products

·      Continue to increase the efficiency of our LOS software
